How It Works

1. Document Submission
   Please send us the typesetting proof in PDF format. If available, also provide the Word document of the manuscript as it helps in accurately identifying and verifying proper names.
2. List Creation
   If necessary, we will produce a preliminary list of names and send it to you for approval. The editor or the author may then exclude any irrelevant names from this list.
3. Index Compilation
   Using the list of names and your typesetting proof, we begin compiling a thorough and precise name index that includes the correct page references.
4. Endnote Considerations
   If your book includes endnotes, we advise grouping them at the end of the book to facilitate optimal indexing. If endnotes appear in other sections, please specify their locations (including page numbers) to ensure they are not mistakenly indexed.
